  20. The original "Lightwave" was "Videoscape".  It came with a small utility called 
  21. EGG , for Easy Geometry Generator.  It made it easy, in pre-Modeler times, to 
  22. create some simple sets of objects, one of which is "Distant Ring of Mountains".

  24.     I found my original Videoscape disks, and EGG seems to fire up, but it 
  25. doesn't seem to generate any files.  Anyone know if this very old program still 
  26. works?

  28.     Otherwise:  has anybody created a plugin that will maybe generate a 
  29. "distant ring of fractal mountains"?  I just tried to do it by hand sketching, 
  30. and boy did it suck.  I'm a-gonna go back and try jitter, but I thought I'd post 
  31. first.
